Shooters 3 on 3 Refund Policy

The following requirements will need to be met for a refund to be considered:

• Application for a refund must be made to Shooters 3 on 3 via email through the Shooters 3 on 3 website contact page.
• The date of the application received by Shooters will be considered the effective date.
• A refund will be considered based on the individual request, the timing of the request, and will be at the discretion of Shooters 3 on 3.
• An administration fee of $100.00 will be applied against any request for a refund.
• Acceptable requests for a refund will include an inability to participate due to an injury, change in residence making travel to Cochrane unfeasible, and a change in medical condition.
• A doctor’s note may be required to confirm the reason for the request.
  Any refund received after the start of the program will be subject to the $100.00 administration fee as well as a prorated structure based on the timing of the request once recieved.
• The decision of the directors shall be final.
